Winter Leaves

Trees are usually not naked here in winter, they grow beautiful winter foliage made of frost.

Here is an example of such frost “leaves”, growing on a branch in my very cool path.

It’s strange to think that in other parts of our world there may also be winter leaves – but because the weather is so warm that the leaves never fall…

Do you see any winter leaves in your path and what kind are they?

    This is really lovely 🙂
    The only winter leaves I see here are from my little oak tree and a few neighbour’s trees, as most around here seem to be evergreen. Of course, it is all green right now, as it is summer. 🙂

    that is really beautiful.. where I live all leaves are gone but there is beauty in the shape of the branches.
