Cucumber Salad

This cucumber salad, called mizeria is a simple and healthy side dish, which can be used with many types of food.

Ingredients: 

Cucumber
Spring onions
Radishes
Green peas – optionally
Dill – fresh and lots of it
Some love ❤

Homemade dressing:

Sour cream
Dill (fresh or dried)
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Some more love ❤ ❤

  3. Looks scrumptious! I make a similar cucumber salad, but use yogurt instead of sour cream. However, I’ve never thought of adding radishes and sweet peas– mmmm, next time for sure! Thanks for sharing your secret. 🙂

      Me too, I love salads, they are my favourite foods. Thank you, haha, the “some more love” ingredient is very easy to find – it’s always inside of you. Just take some of it out when you need it and put it in whatever it is you are doing. Hugs
